In the Better Business Writing self-study CPE course, we explore each step in the writing process, as well as how sentences and paragraphs should be structured. Also, the course offers dozens of tips regarding such matters as boilerplate phrases, clichés, graphics, grammar, readability measurements, and writing style. It also provides examples of different types of business writing, including adjustment letters, complaint letters, and press releases. In short, the course shows how to improve the effectiveness of your writing.
