Course Description
In this lively session, we’ll tackle the potential tax impacts of various 2024 election outcomes, as well as dive into what each candidate has communicated about their tax policies so far. You’ll learn what corporate, passthrough, and individual tax law changes may result from (1) a Republican sweep; (2) a Democratic sweep; and (3) a divided government.
This series is divided into two parts. Our initial broadcast will take place on October 22nd. Part 2 will take place on December 10th, after we know the results of the election.

- Identify potential corporate tax law changes based on the outcome of the 2024 elections.
- Understand how passthrough tax laws might change under different political scenarios.
- Recognize individual tax law changes that could result from a Republican sweep, Democratic sweep, or divided government.
