Course Description
Post-election, we’ll drill deep into the tax philosophies and proposed tax legislation* of the new U.S. president-elect, as well as consider the new composition of Congress. You’ll learn what corporate, passthrough, and individual tax law changes may result from these election results.

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this session, you will be able to:
- Identify potential corporate tax law changes based on the outcome of the 2024 elections.
- Understand how passthrough tax laws may change in light of the 2024 election results.
- Recognize individual tax law changes that may occur in 2025 and beyond, in particular what we’re likely to see in terms of the sunsetting of Tax Cuts and Jobs Act provisions.
