Course Description
The benefits and compensation paid by an employer represent a large part of its total expenditures, and also lay it open to risks of cost overruns, lawsuits, and government penalties. In this course, we provide an overview of the basic benefit and compensation areas that the auditor needs to be concerned about, and also describe the auditing tasks to pursue in order to identify problem areas that need to be fixed. These auditing tasks can significantly reduce the costs and risks of an employer.
