Course Description
Before this course, CEOs may find themselves overwhelmed by the vast array of tasks and decisions that their role entails. This course acts as a bridge, guiding them from a state of overload to a position of focused and effective leadership. After participating, CEOs will transition from juggling numerous responsibilities to mastering the ‘Seven Habits of Effective CEOs.’ These habits include concentrating on areas of competence, fostering a culture of problem-solving, and zooming in on critical decisions. Learning Objectives
Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- Note the difference between being effective and efficient, citing examples of each
- Identify the key elements of a balanced approach, noting ways to adopt this approach as well as subsequent outcomes
- Recognize the level of planning needed so that a CEO can ensure that projects are completed
