This equity, diversity and inclusion course from William B. Henry will explore the process of immersing our business environment into a cultural shift through a five-stage process- Promote Inclusion and Variety Through an Organization in a Timely Fashion. This class covers the next two segments of the PIVOT program- Variety and Organization. The first segment will cover the importance of variety- how it adds to company value, visibility, and impact on vacuum thinking. The second segment will focus on organization- elements to an organization, various opportunities within an organization, and organization optimization.
